We currently are raising Red Devon and Red Devon crosses. Last year's beef was the best, most tender meat we've ever had! Even our butcher thought so! They are grazed on all grass and high quality hay! Last year's beeves weren't even 2 years old and dressed out at almost 700lb! The best beef we've ever had!
** You should get around 50 lbs of actual meat depending on what you order. Processing will run about $75-125. You should get about 1/2 ground beef & stew, 1/4 roasts > chuck, shoulder, rump, sirloin tip, etc) and 1/4 steaks > sirloin, prime rib, T-Bone, filet mignon, tenderloin. Price = plus processing.
